These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by AI Croydon (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Services

AI Croydon provides AI automation, consulting, marketing, creative, website, branding, and related digital services. All services are provided on a business-to-business basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services are delivered based on the scope agreed with the client at the time of engagement. Any changes to scope may result in additional costs or revised timelines.


2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by AI Croydon are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested.


3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

  • Deposits and upfront payments are required before work begins.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services.

  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Ensure they have the right to use any content, data, or materials supplied to us.

AI Croydon is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to use the final delivered work for its intended purpose.

  • AI Croydon retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Third-party tools, software, and platforms remain subject to their own licensing terms.


6. Use of AI & Automation Tools

AI Croydon uses a combination of AI tools, automation platforms, and third-party software to deliver services.

  • AI-generated outputs are provided with human oversight, but results may vary.

  • AI Croydon does not guarantee specific performance outcomes or business results.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted content before use.


7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data shared with AI Croydon is compliant with UK data protection laws. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AI Croydon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations or outputs.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed terms.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately payable.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.


10. Website Use

Content on the AI Croydon website is provided for general information only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited.


11. Force Majeure

AI Croydon shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party service outages, or acts of nature.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
