Refund Policy

At AI Croydon, we aim to deliver high-quality AI, marketing, and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

 

1. Services & Digital Deliverables

All services provided by AI Croydon — including AI automation, consulting, website design, branding, marketing, video, animation, and digital deliverables — are considered custom services and digital work.

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

 

2. Project Deposits

• Any deposit or upfront payment is used to secure time, resources, and project planning.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

 

3. Monthly & Ongoing Services

For subscription-based or ongoing services:

• Payments made for a billing period are non-refundable.

• Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice in line with the agreed notice period.

• Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

4. Refunds for Work Not Started

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

 

5. Revisions & Corrections

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g. design style).
Where applicable, we offer reasonable revisions in line with the agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction.

 

6. Delays & Client Responsibility

AI Croydon is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late feedback or approvals

• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

• Third-party platforms or tools

Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where AI Croydon is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances entirely within our control.
