How We Helped a Local Nursery Use AI to Save Time and Improve Communication

The Challenge

Our Approach

What We Implemented

We set up an AI assistant trained on the nursery’s own information, including:
Opening hours
Fees and availability
Registration and waiting list process
Policies and frequently asked questions
The assistant now drafts clear, consistent replies to common enquiries, allowing staff to quickly review and send responses.
2. Internal Knowledge Assistant for Staff
We created an internal AI tool that allows staff to ask questions such as:
“What is our sickness policy?”
“What time does the afternoon session end?”
“Where is the registration form?”
This reduced time spent searching through emails and documents.
3. Daily Admin & Reporting Support
We introduced simple AI-generated summaries that:
Highlight daily enquiries
Flag follow-ups
Provide a clear overview for management
This gave the nursery better visibility without additional admin work.
The Results
After implementation, the nursery experienced:
Faster responses to parent enquiries
